Exceptionally comfortable bed & great position so close to restaurants, local stores, Chattanooga for business and the aquarium and local restaurants. And 10 mins walk to an art museum.

The hotel area was fairly clean, the room was brand-new. The staff was incredibly hospitable, efficient, and everything was excellent. The breakfast for 7.50. Central location so close to most SUVs and trucks, the Aquarium and other fun places to see and nearby restaurants, it was in a downtown area. Downtown Chattanooga district was worth staying in.

The hotel is spacious with very polite and fast stuff members. Overall a such great stay for our Wedding.

The knowledgeable staff upgraded us to a nicely furnished room with view. The service we got was great. Plus, we parked on-site.

The most important was the staff - exceptional and outstandingly accommodating people. The room was beautifully maintained and new-fashioned, included down pillows and hypo-allergenic pillows.

We had the suite provided with a shower, the bathroom and 2 queen beds. The hotel had a magnificent location next to Jack's Alley.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was very poor, and the bed was very uncomfortable.

I chose this hotel for attending a conclave because it provides free Wi-Fi access, which was essential for my work. The location is convenient, close to the conference venue and within walking distance of restaurants and shops.

The one service that I missed for my work was the lack of a dedicated business center with printing and photocopying facilities.

It has favourable location to see a well-done aquarium. And it's nestled in a nice building right by attractions and restaurants, anywhere downtown and local restaurants.

Great staff, excellent knowledge of the city, clean and bright hotel, well-equipped rooms, comfortable beds and pillows, convenient store for snacks and refreshments.

Very slow check-in with a long wait, no mention of valet parking fee, no shuttle service provided, had to rely on Uber/Lyft for transportation to and from the UTC campus.

Walking distance to attractions and excellent nearby restaurants. Relaxing patio with fire pits, and a pool for kids to enjoy. Ideally located for exploring nearby attractions like Ruby Falls and Rock City.

The staff at this hotel provided friendly service and the room had a convenient handicap-accessible shower.
